Our refund policy applies to all subscription plans for the Education ERP Software Application. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund on subscription fees under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The account has not been used to process more than 10 student/staff records or has been used for less than 1 hour in total.
  • The request is due to a technical issue with our software that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for the following:

  • Subscription renewals.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
  • Dissatisfaction with features or functionality that were clearly outlined in the subscription plan details.
  • Instances where the user has violated our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
